Information You're Finding!

You can turn on Amazfit GTS 4 Mini using the right button. Keep pressing it for 5 seconds or so until you see the Amazfit logo on the screen followed by Zepp OS symbol.

Button. Push The Amazfit Button

First thing you want to do when you get your Amazfit tracker out of the box is to clean it. Quite often due to the long delivery time your tracker which is inside the box can gathers dust, so grab a piece of clothe and wipe it. For you own satisfaction it is also perfectly fine to use cleansing agents. Put few drops of it on cotton and gently wipe your band. Easy.

Now your next instruction is to look for the button on your tracker. In Amazfit GTS 4 Mini it is at the right side of the tracker. So put your smartwatch on a flat surface if you can find one and push the button on right. Keep pressing it until you are seeing black display.

Wait For Logo To Appear!

After 3 to 5 seconds if your smartwatch will be in working order you will be greeted with Amazfit logo followed by a symbol of Zepp OS (Zepp is the corps which owns Amazfit). At this stage you can let go of the button because right here your watch would’ve got the signal to boot the system and it will be showing you home screen in no time.

Although, in case you find yourself waiting even after 10 seconds, then we will suggest to go back one step and plug your GTS 4 Mini to charger and then try to turn it on. Sometimes (not always) a new smartwatch is shipped with 0% charged and it is not something which happens with Amazfit trackers. Even Apple is culprit of it. It could give you heart attack so we will recommend that you plug in and then try to turn on your wearable.

Download The Zepp App On Phone

Once you would’ve successfully turned on your Amazfit watch your next plan of action should be to do things:

  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your smartphone.
  • Download the Zepp App on your phone.

If you would have bought a brand new watch then it is very likely that you will have a manual or at least QR code somewhere printed on box from which you can scan and download the Zepp application. However, if you don’t see anything like that just head straight to App Store (for iPhone) and Play Store (for Android phones) and there search for the Zepp application. It would be the first result of your feed.

Scan QR Code From Your GTS 4 Mini

At this point you will be seeing a QR Code on your GTS 4 Mini too. This is basically Amazfit policy and it request its users (you) to download their Zepp app, make an account on there (if you don’t have one already) and then try to scan the QR code appearing on your smartwatch from the said app. Because that will initiate the pairing sequence.

Remember: New Phones Can Be Paired To Your GTS 4 Mini

But in case it is your new phone that you want to pair with your GTS 4 Mini and your old one is already synced with your device, then there is still a way to make things right. You will have to follow a series of steps but fear not just within 2-3 minutes your new phone will be connected to your smartwatch:

  • Open the app on your old phone and synchronize data with the device.
  • On the old mobile phone, go to Profile > Amazfit GTS 4 mini page and tap the Unpair
button at the bottom to unpair the two. If it is an iPhone, after unbinding in the Zepp app, you need to unpair the phone and device too.
  • To do which Go to Settings > Bluetooth, find the Bluetooth name corresponding to the device, and tap the button on the far right of the Bluetooth name.
  • After entering the page, tap Ignore This Device.
  • Restore the factory settings of the watch, and then pair the watch with your new phone as described in the initial pairing procedure.

It is true that while it is bit of a hassle removing connection from your old phone and then connecting to your new one. Keep in mind that this will be worth it. Amazfit GTS 4 Mini is a powerful wearable that can elevate your lifestyle and fitness regime to a whole new level.
